How We Use It
We use your information to run the shop: to answer your questions, to review vendor applications and manage vendor accounts, to bill and receipt booth rent, to register you for classes and events, and to send you the notices that come with being a vendor here, like a rent reminder or a store announcement.
If you apply to become a vendor, we use what you tell us on the application to decide about booth space and to write your public vendor profile page if you join us. We do not share your application with anyone outside the shop.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing. Not now, and not later.
When We Do Share Information
We share only what is necessary with the service providers who help us operate — our payment processor, our email service, and our website developer. They are permitted to use your information only to perform the service we hired them for, and nothing else.
We will also release information if you ask us to, if the law requires it, or in narrow situations such as protecting an account from fraud.
Payments and Card Information
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a payment company that meets the security standards required to handle card data. Your full card number never touches our website and we never store it. When you pay us in person, we record only the date, the amount, and how you paid.
Cookies and Website Analytics
This website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how people find and use the site, so we can make it better. This information is grouped together and is not used to identify you personally. If you are visiting from a region that requires your consent before analytics can run, you will be asked first, and the site works fine either way.

Your Vendor Account
Vendors have their own login. What you see there is your information: your agreement, your billing history, your receipts, and your profile. Other vendors cannot see your payment history, your account balance, or anything else about your account. Only the shop owner can.
Keeping Your Information Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can see it. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child attends a class, we collect only what a parent or guardian gives us at registration.
