We are not open to the public just yet — but we are taking vendor applications now. The Feathered Unicorn is getting ready to open in downtown Cañon City, and we are filling our booths, shelves, and cabinets with handmade work from local makers. What happens if I am late on rent?
You will hear from us before it becomes a problem. Reminder emails go out ahead of the due date and again once rent is late, and your payment history is always visible in your vendor account.
If we have not heard from you by the fifteenth of the month, the contract is considered terminated. We would much rather work something out. If you are dealing with an illness, an accident, a death in the family, or a serious money problem, tell us early and we will do our best to help.
